-Arianna Chamber Music Festival-
The Arianna Chamber Music Festival is open to violinists, violists, and cellists seeking an engaging and intensive summer music experience that focuses on the development of the complete musician. Through concentrated study and public performances of chamber music repertoire, you will expand your musicianship and technique. The Arianna String Quartet will lead coachings, individual lessons, and masterclasses, devoted to rehearsal and practice techniques, problem-solving, and score study.
ACMF will inform the way you practice, rehearse, and perform to develop your musicianship and artistry. You will take away new perspectives and understanding, empowered not only in the string quartet, but beyond: in your practice and performances of solo and orchestral work, and in extra-musical collaborations and disciplines.
High school, college age students, and young professionals may audition as preformed ensembles, or as individuals for placement into chamber groups.
Grace United Methodist Church is the home of ACMF and is located in the vibrant, central corridor of St. Louis, within walking distance to the famous Delmar Loop, "One of the 10 Great Streets of America (American Planning Association)." All festivals sessions, including performances, will take place in the beautiful sanctuary of the church.
